Digital assets already transferred, traded, or used on-chain may not be refundable
Refunds apply only to qualifying purchases explicitly marked as refundable
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Note: Blockchain transaction fees, network costs, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
